• Unlimited telephone and email support with any problems or queries you have
• A statement of terms and conditions for each employee which complies with current legislation
• A company handbook containing statutory obligations and written policies and procedures suitable for you business with an annual update
• An employment practices manual
• Regular updates on any new employment legislation or other issues of interest which may affect you via our e-newsletter
• Drafting or checking employment documentation such as letters and disciplinary warnings
• Standard forms to ensure that adequate personnel records are maintained
• 10% discount on our charges for any on-site or additional work you may request

As a compliment to the retainer or as stand alone resource, our ad hoc HR service provides flexible support when you need it. Our day work rate is £75 per hour. HR support system clients receive a 10% discount on these fees.
