ISSOSmart healthcare has been developed to bridge a gap in the market. Including all the documentation, policies, procedures, registers, plans and forms to ensure compliance with CQC requirements, Investors in People, ISO9001 Quality Management, Health & Safety and Food Safety within the care sector, the system has been developed by a team of qualified professionals including nurses as well as consultants specialising in ISO and IIP certifications.
Many local authorities pay a premium to care providers per service user based on the care provider achieving certifications such as Investors in People and/or ISO9001. These premiums can range from £6 per resident per week to as much as £50 per resident per week depending on the Local Authority.
The basic package is priced at £3995 (inlc VAT) and provides a complete documented system with 2 days on-site support to assist in the implementation of the system. (Additional travel and accommodation expenses may be chargeable).

Additional support and training is available through RKMS our consultancy division covering a range of services and products including external audit of your systems prior to compliance assessment visits by the regulatory bodies. This service provides the user of ISSOSmart healthcare with the added reassurance that compliance has been evaluated by professionally qualified support staff who will provide you with a report relating to your compliance status along with an action plan to help bring you back on track if any weaknesses are identified.
