RKMS Connect is a referral route for associates, customers, suppliers, consultants and business contacts who want to introduce potential opportunities to RKMS. Where a referral qualifies and converts, referral commission may be payable in accordance with the RKMS Connect terms.

Not everyone wants to become a reseller, delivery associate or formal partner. Sometimes, you may simply know an organisation that needs support and want to introduce them to RKMS. RKMS Connect provides a simple way to submit potential opportunities for RKMS to review and follow up.

How RKMS Connect works

Submit the referral

Provide details of the organisation, contact person and the type of support they may need.

RKMS reviews the opportunity

RKMS will assess whether the opportunity is suitable and whether it meets the requirements of the referral scheme.

RKMS follows up

Where appropriate, RKMS will contact the referred organisation to discuss their needs.

Referral commission may be payable

If the referral qualifies, converts and meets the applicable terms, referral commission may be payable.

RKMS Connect and issosmart Partner Commission

Approved issosmart Certified Partners are provided with a unique Partner URL, referral link, tracking code or other RKMS-approved tracking mechanism. Partner Commission is only payable where a customer subscription is successfully attributed to the partner through the approved tracking mechanism. This means that partners should always use their assigned partner URL when promoting issosmart.

Important information

Referral commission is not automatic. Eligibility depends on the referral meeting the applicable RKMS Connect requirements, being accepted by RKMS, converting into qualifying paid work or sales, and satisfying the relevant terms. RKMS may decline referrals that are already known to RKMS, already in discussion, duplicated, unsuitable, unqualified or otherwise outside the scheme requirements.

When RKMS Connect may be the better option

RKMS Connect may be more suitable where:
  • You do not want to manage the sales process
  • You are not an approved issosmart Certified Partner
  • The opportunity covers wider RKMS services
  • You want RKMS to contact and manage the prospect directly
  • You are making a one-off introduction
  • You are unsure which RKMS service is most appropriate
