What issosmart Certified Partners do

How Partner Commission works
Approved issosmart Certified Partners are provided with a unique Partner URL, referral link, tracking code or other RKMS-approved tracking mechanism. Partner Commission is only payable where a customer subscription is successfully attributed to the partner through the approved tracking mechanism. This means that partners should always use their assigned partner URL when promoting issosmart.
Key points:
- Each approved partner receives a unique tracking route
- Purchases made through the approved link may be attributed to that partner
- Commission is calculated in accordance with the issosmart Partner Commission Schedule
- The partner URL is the route for claiming Partner Commission
- Commission is not guaranteed where a purchase is not successfully attributed
- Partner Commission and referral commission cannot both be claimed on the same opportunity
Partner Commission or referral commission?
The issosmart Certified Partner Programme is separate from RKMS Connect. If you actively promote and sell issosmart using your approved partner URL, any eligible commission will usually fall under the issosmart Certified Partner Programme. If you simply introduce a potential opportunity to RKMS for RKMS to manage and close, the opportunity may fall under RKMS Connect instead. You cannot receive both Partner Commission and referral commission for the same customer, subscription, sale, renewal, referral, transaction or opportunity unless RKMS expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Protecting your consultancy client relationships
RKMS recognises that many partners will introduce existing consultancy clients to issosmart. We understand the importance of trust. The programme is designed so that consultants can introduce clients to issosmart without feeling that RKMS will use the software relationship as a route to take over their consultancy, auditing, training, compliance or management systems work. RKMS may need to communicate with customers in relation to software access, support, billing, security, onboarding, technical issues and platform-related services. However, the programme is not intended to undermine the partner’s professional client relationship.
