Introduction

The purpose of this page is to highlight any improvements, changes or updates made live within the issosmart™ system.

Improvements Made Live

  • Training – New Mandatory training and Optional training tabs have been implemented to improve visibility of training records.
  • Training – Expired training records will now be highlighted red.
  • Training – Ability to replace expired training with new training and build history of evidence.
  • Training – Ability to both delete and archive records.
  • Training – ability to upload and reference additional docs such as contracts.

Improvements Made Live

  • Customer Feedback – A fresh new look has been developed for the customer feedback register, making it more intuitive to use.
  • Advanced Customer Feedback – A brand new feature has been developed, allowing users to control customer feedback directly from the system. You can build bespoke customer feedback questionnaires, send them out directly from the system and have the results populate back into the register once your customers have completed them. (Professional Plan upwards)

  • Facelift – The system has been brought up to date with modern styling, sporting a great new look improving usability.

  • Permissions – Subfolders will now inherit permissions from their parent folder.

  • Permissions – Permissions have now been extended to folders within the system. A further update will follow so subfolders will inherit permissions from their parent folder.

  • Improved User Interface – users will now experience a cleaner interface with more focus on the main content. The left hand side nav menu is collapsed by default.
  • Live/Edit Access – you are now no longer required to switch between edit and live mode. You will automatically be in edit mode if you have edit access.
  • User Management – master administrators can now manage users within their own system. You no longer have to go through the support team to add or remove users.
  • Permissions – the system can now be restricted for certain users via groups. When setting restrictions, you can set whther access is read only or editable. This applies to all folders, registers and files.

  • User Interface – the first phase of the user interface update has now gone live. You can now select other organisations via a dropdown in the top left. You will also now find a user icon in the top right. Here you will find “switch to edit access” and in furture will be able to control the administration of your account and systems.
  • Legal Register – there is now a section for custom legal items separate to the main legal register.

  • Registers – all registers now have an issue date which is editable and updates when there has been a revision.

  • Maintenance Register – items have been grouped into one listing rather than individual listings. A “view history” button has been added. This is to reduce the length of the lists.
  • Audit Schedule – audits will only be given an audit number once they have commenced.
  • Audit Schedule – audits have been split into the following 3 categories: Audits not yet started, Audits currently in progress and Completed audits.
  • Audit Schedule – if the option to create the next audit is selected, it will now be 12 months after original planned start date, not when the audit is completed.
  • IT Risk Register – risk treatment has now been added with the options: Accept, Avoid, Maintain and Modify & Share.
  • Legal Register – legal register has been split into sections for easier navigation. Users will now be able to easily distinguish between new, updated and withdrawn legislation, as well as having manually entered legislation showing separately.
  • Legal Register – a select all function has now been added to enable ease of removal of section which are not applicable.
  • Training Register – archive button has been added to skills on each individuals training records.
  • Add Item – you can now add links to external sources such as sharepoint files.
  • Manage Skills – multiple departments can now be selected when creating/editing a training skill.
  • Dashboard – customer satisfaction report can now be changed between numerous feedback questionnaires via a dropdown box.

  • System Tasks – heading changed from “Assigned to” to “Owner” for clearer reporting.

  • Training Matrix – All users can now download an up to date copy of the training matrix from within the training module.
  • Improvement Register – We have added a hyphen(-) before the suffix. This is to improve readability.
  • Audits – You can now allocate registers to audit records.
  • Suppliers – Suppliers can now be assigned a review date on an individual level.
  • System Tasks – Users with edit access will now be able to export a list of system tasks.
  • Suppliers – Added a feature to allow users to search for suppliers based upon name and provision.
  • Tasks – When a new task is created, an email notification is sent to the assigned user.
